12mR Princess Svanevit, the restoration nears completion

She was commissioned to attract foreign competitors to the Royal Swedish Yacht Club’s Centennial Jubilee Regatta in Sandhamn 1930. After sixty years abroad she returned to Sweden in 2017, to be restored back to the original. She was launched in 2022, so has already sailed. But this summer a completed yacht will be launched. 

Piece by piece the interior is going back in at Stockholms båtsnickeri, who has performed the internationally awarded restoration. Her iconic intarsia, exhibited at Liljevalchs art gallery in Stockholm in 2022, will once again adorn the two salons.
